Return policy

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from placing your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn. However please note that since our printed apparel is produced specifically for you upon order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@revolverino.com with your order confirmation. We aim to process return requests within 7 days. Once it’s approved you need to send back your order within 14 days.

 

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Underwear and intimate apparel

Items with print

Items with personalized print/emroidery or custom made

Items damaged by normal wear

Items without original tags

Sale items marked “Final Sale”

 

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

 

5. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
