5. Delivery Time

In order to spare resources and prevent waste our printed sortiment is produced on demand. Estimated delivery time for products with print is 5-9 working days. For products in stock delivery time is 3-5 working days depending on final destination.
We reserve the right to extend the delivery time for printed items accoring to product availability in which case customer will be informed.

 

6. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from placing your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn. However please note that since our printed apparel is produced specifically for you upon order, we may be unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@revolverino.com with your order confirmation. We aim to process return requests within 7 days. Once it’s approved you need to send back your order within 14 days.

7. Complaints
